Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processed within 2 Business Days, major holidays and weekends excluded.  If you have an order that needs to be processed during an excluded day a fee may be applied. You can contact us directly, or by email for special considerations.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 24 hours of processing your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Auburn Dental Center is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Auburn Dental Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

As of this time, due to Covid, we are not shipping overseas.

Returns Policy
